Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
RTT is a powerful form of hypnotherapy that works with the subconscious mind to uncover and release the hidden beliefs and emotional patterns that may be influencing fertility.
During this sessions we work to:
Identify subconscious beliefs about pregnancy or motherhood
Release fear or emotional programming from past experiences
Reframe your internal dialogue about your fertility journey

After an RTT session you will receive a personalised transformation recording designed specifically for you to listen to daily, helping reinforce your new empowering beliefs.

2 | Discovery Meeting
This is where we look at what you want to achieve, and this can take anything from 30 to 60 minutes.
This consultation is an extremely important part of our work together and to see if we are a good fit.
Through a focused meditation, you will enter a relaxed state of mind, in which you are in control and able to understand the cause of your issue. You will create new beliefs and habits that enable you to be the person you want to be.
You will be given a transformational recording which is completely personal to you. This gives your mind the suggestions you need to upgrade to new supportive beliefs which are in line with what you want from your life. You will listen to this recording for at least 21 days.

Frequently Asked Questions About RTT (Rapid Transformation Therapy)
How does Hypnosis work?
Hypnosis is just a natural state of relaxation, like before falling asleep. It is like daydreaming and you may or may not notice going deeper into that natural state when it is suggested to you. We think we have never done it before although we do it every day. Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works just by getting into the different brainwave state that is the same as when you’re in REM-state. That is what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!
What does it feel like?
The experience feels different for different people. Don’t expect to feel ‘hypnotised’. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.
Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
No! That’s an old tale. You are in control the whole time. We will have a normal conversation. You can agree and disagree during the whole session, you control everything. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave to go to the bathroom. If it is a remote session and our call gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice anymore and open your eyes.
Each Rapid Transformational Therapy® session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours.
For that reason, I ask you to block 2.5 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed.
What if I don’t “go deep” enough?
Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?”. What’s important is that you relax and just surrender to the thought that it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.
What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That is what allows you to change the meaning you attached to an experience and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to know that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it from a safe perspective, like on a TV screen. YOU are safe. I am with you, I will guide you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal – you’ll be OK.
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy® – every person is different: a) Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session. b) Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. c) Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
